If you need to exchange an item for a different size, or return an item for refund, please tap the blue 'chat' button at the bottom left or right of your screen. All we need is your order number, name and email and we'll get back to you asap with exchange / return instructions.

If you have purchased a wetsuit via marketplace (Amazon, Mountain Warehouse or Decathlon), please include your martketplace order number when sending your request.

If we're not active on the chat (ie out of office hours), then you can still leave your request. Be sure to include your name, email address and relevant order number.

We always try to respond within 48 hours of receiving a request. Please be reassured that we will respond promptly.
