Skateboard Longboard
The longboard is a widely popular type of skateboard. In this description, we'll cover all the basics of this iconic sidewalk surfing board. The name comes from longboard surfboards, which are much bigger than traditional shortboards. The wheels on a longboard are also larger (60-80 mm) and softer (with a durometer hardness of around 78-82), providing a smoother ride and less trouble on sidewalk cracks.
