The Phantom is the middle child in the Ghost Family, a step-down version of the Ghost, designed for daily conditions.  

When we first released the Ghost, we didn't expect its unique design to be embraced by so many surfers. The feedback we received showed that it excelled in waves shoulder-high and up. We then aimed to create a step-down board for the head-high and under days we experience most often.  

The Phantom is a compact, souped-up version of the Ghost, with added volume, ideal for everyday sessions in smaller conditions.  We kept the same Ghost rocker but added more single concave, which flattens the center for improved speed and flow. This doesn't compromise the performance or feel of the original design.  

The added width in the tail and nose creates a fuller outline, maintaining speed in slower sections and during tight turns.  The rails are full, but not chunky, offering more flotation and speed without sacrificing the board's sensitivity.  Best in waist-high to overhead waves, the Phantom is a high-performance daily driver.  Ride it around your height, slightly wider, and about the same thickness as your Ghost.
