The Pro-9 is designed around a simple idea: put as much shortboard performance into a longboard as possible.

The rear third of the board is particularly performance-oriented, with the thickness, rails and tail dimensions drawing heavily from Carl Schaper's shortboard designs. A soft roll through the centre transitions into V and then double concave through the tail, helping the board generate speed and maintain control through turns.

At the other end of the board, the generous nose provides plenty of platform for traditional longboarding and nose riding.

The result is a longboard that can trim, turn, accelerate and nose ride, making it equally interesting for powerful point breaks and more traditional longboarding conditions.

4+1 Fin Setup

The combination of a Surf 10 centre box and four FTU side boxes allows the board to be configured as a traditional single fin, 2+1, thruster or quad. NSP positions the centre box slightly further back to create a particularly effective thruster configuration.
