C7 Trucks
The Carver C7 Truck is a revolutionary surf skate truck system designed for dynamic carving and smooth turns. It mimics the fluid motion of surfing, making it ideal for land-based surf training. The C7 features a patented dual-axis front truck, enhancing maneuverability and responsiveness. This unique design allows riders to generate speed without pushing, just like pumping on a surfboard.
Carver’s C7 system provides a smooth, flowing ride with deep carving capabilities. Its precision engineering ensures stability while maintaining excellent turning ability. The rear truck remains standard for control and balance, complementing the front truck’s movement.
The adjustable spring system in the C7 allows riders to fine-tune their setup for different riding styles. Whether you prefer loose, surfy turns or a tighter feel, the C7 adapts easily. It’s a favorite among surfskaters, longboarders, and crossover surfers seeking realistic surf simulation.
Carver’s dedication to quality and innovation makes the C7 a trusted choice worldwide. It works seamlessly on various deck shapes, from short cruisers to longer surfskate boards. If you want a surf-like experience on land, the Carver C7 Truck delivers unmatched performance and flow.
History Of Carver
Carver Surfskate originated from the passion of two Venice, California surfers, Greg Falk and Neil Carver. In 1995, during a wave-less summer, they sought a way to replicate surfing on land. Traditional skateboards failed to mimic the fluid motion of surfing. This limitation led them to innovate.
Determined to capture the essence of surfing, Greg and Neil experimented with skateboard designs. They realized that enhancing the front truck's maneuverability was crucial. This insight prompted the development of a unique truck system.
In 1996, they introduced the C7 truck. This dual-axis system allowed fluid, surf-like movements on pavement. The C7's design enabled riders to pump and carve, generating speed without pushing.
The C7's success marked a turning point in skateboarding. It bridged the gap between surfing and skateboarding, attracting both communities. Carver's commitment to quality and innovation resonated with riders worldwide.
Building on the C7's success, Carver continued to innovate. They introduced the CX truck, a reverse-kingpin system offering a snappier ride. The CX provided a lighter, more responsive experience, appealing to a broader audience.
Carver's product line expanded to include various board shapes and sizes. Collaborations with brands like ...Lost and Channel Islands showcased their versatility. These partnerships blended surfboard design with skateboarding technology.
The company's influence extended beyond products. Carver played a pivotal role in popularizing surfskate culture. Their boards became training tools for surfers and a new avenue for skaters. This cross-pollination enriched both sports.
Carver's dedication to community is evident through events and collaborations. They sponsor riders and support grassroots movements, fostering a global surfskate community. This engagement has cultivated a loyal following.
Over the years, Carver's designs have evolved, incorporating new materials and technologies. However, their core mission remains: to deliver the surfing experience on land. This focus has solidified their position as industry leaders.
In recent years, surfskating has experienced a resurgence. Carver's early innovations laid the foundation for this growth. Their commitment to authenticity continues to inspire new generations of riders.
Today, Carver Surfskate stands as a testament to innovation driven by passion. From humble beginnings, they've shaped a global movement, uniting surfers and skaters alike. Their journey reflects the enduring spirit of creativity in action sports.
